VICTOR LYTTLE
Victor joined Heathcote
& Coleman from school in 1960, qualifying
in 1965. He was made a partner in 1968 when still
only 25 years of age. He became senior partner
on the retirement of his predecessor Peter Adams
in 1994. As well as being involved in audit and
accounting matters Victor provides a personal
service to his clients, advising on broad business
issues affecting the owner managed company. He
is also involved in the administration of a number
of charities and other organisations either as
Trustee or Treasurer.

GERALD
DAVIS
Gerald joined Heathcote & Coleman as a general practice Partner in 1970. Over the years he gained expertise in Insolvency and he now deals almost exclusively with Corporate Recovery and Insolvency and is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
He has a small focussed team with specialised skills supporting him. |

STEVEN HEATHCOTE
Steven has been a partner in the firm for over 25 years and is a fourth generation Chartered Accountant and direct descendant of the founder of the partnership. Steven is a General Practitioner acting for a comprehensive portfolio of clients requiring audit, assurance and business advisory services.
His role, principally with owner managed businesses, includes the provision of consultancy and strategic planning advice in addition to general compliance services. This has led to Steven holding board appointments with a number of Midland companies, both in an executive and non-executive capacity and he is therefore ideally placed to advise on wider business issues. |

CHARLES FARRAN
Charles commenced
his career in 1974 with Brough Postlethwaite &
Co in Doncaster, moving to Price Waterhouse in
Birmingham in 1978. He joined Heathcote &
Coleman in 1982 and became a partner in 1987.
He is a general practitioner experienced in dealing
with a wide range of owner managed businesses.

SUK AULAK
Suk joined Heathcote
& Coleman as a trainee in 1989 and qualified
as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995. Following
qualification Suk worked primarily in the audit
department as an Audit and Assurance Manager.
Suk supplemented his audit experience with a more
varied role, concentrating on added value services,
working with the business development team, and
was appointed a partner in 2004 |

NICK SIMKINS
Nick has recently joined Heathcote & Coleman as a partner after training and qualifying as a chartered accountant with the firm in the 1992. Nick's recent professional career has been providing audit and financial advisory services to clients across the public sector. He spent five years at the Audit Commission and the last ten years at KPMG.
